YG777 fully automatic ventilated fast thermostatic oven is the latest product jointly developed by Nantong Sansi Mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau.
The YG777 is an upgraded product of the Y802N and YG747 eight-basket ovens for rapid determination of the moisture regain or moisture content of textiles and finished products such as cotton, wool, silk, and chemical fiber.
Minimized thermal inertia of semiconductor micro-thermal heating technology improves the temperature uniformity.
The temperature control adopts large-screen LCD Chinese display, with high temperature control accuracy and clear and intuitive reading.
Automatic weighing has the characteristics of fast conversion speed, high resolution, liquid crystal display, automatic printing of data reports, communication with computers, establishment of databases, and intuitiveness.
Use METTLER TOLEDO imported balances to ensure the accuracy of weighing results.
Using RS485 network, a computer can connect multiple ovens at the same time, and establish a database with the oven.
Using the program preset mechanism, the system will automatically complete the drying, weighing, calculation, storage, printing and other steps.
