Comprehensive instruments for measuring the diameter of wool and various types of special animal fibers and analyzing the surface morphology of fibers.
Its characteristics are as follows:
1. The diameter of the fiber can be directly measured with the mouse on the display screen. Its easy, quick and accurate characteristics are unmatched by previous methods. There are three options for manual, semi-automatic, and multi-point determinations.
2. At the same time, the diameter and number of up to 20 kinds of fibers can be measured, and the weight percentage can be calculated at the same time.
3. At the same time, the diameter of each fiber and the mean value, standard deviation, CV value, and histogram of the tested fiber can be displayed.
4. With the final report printing function, no statistical calculations are required, and the interested or controversial fiber image can be printed out with photo quality.
5. Measuring range 1-200 microns, accuracy 0.1 microns.
