The weaving of the fabric is completed by a jacquard head, a weft insertion mechanism, a take-up mechanism, a let-off mechanism, an automatic weft selection mechanism, a weft yarn breakage stop mechanism, and an electrical control mechanism.
The length of the warp machine on the automatic jacquard rapier weaving machine, the size of the air shuttle and the new rapier looms are proportionally scaled to ensure that warp tension, warp yarn elongation and rapier looms are basically the same, and the new type is used. The rapier loom has the same adjustment method for the process parameters on the machine, so the quality control of the sample is very precise, and the difference between the sample and the batch product is solved.
